Sienna brings a layered and intuitive sensibility to every project. With years of industry experience and a background deeply rooted in her Italian heritage, her approach to design has been shaped as much by life as by work. Time spent living in Florence, surrounded by centuries of art, architecture, and language, left a lasting influence, teaching her the value of proportion, materiality, and restraint.
Sienna’s aesthetic leans toward a modern classicism, inspired by the clarity and permanence of early 20th-century Italian architecture, where rational form meets poetic restraint. Her work balances structure and softness, embracing the dialogue between history and modern life.
For Sienna, design is not a static discipline but a lifelong conversation. She believes the best ideas come not from trends, but from travel, history, and culture, from observing how people live and what makes a space feel quietly right. Lewis pairs strategic leadership with meticulous oversight to ensure the studio’s most ambitious visions come to life.
As Principal, he manages the business and operational frameworks that clear the path for Sienna to lead DiPietroPierce’s creative direction.
Externally, Lewis focuses on aligning the studio with clients who share a mutual respect for thoughtful, enduring design, guiding the client journey from initial alignment through to successful realisation. He believes that the highest expression of design is achieved through a rigorous, thoughtful process – ensuring that the journey of creation is as refined, effortless, and entirely intentional as the final outcome.
