There’s a quiet rhythm to Case Gemelle, a softness in the way light moves across its curved façade, a stillness that settles the moment you step inside. Designed as a pair of townhouses, this project explores the enduring qualities of form, flow, and feeling. Internal curves echo the architecture’s front expression, tying the language of the exterior to the intimacy within. Materials were chosen not for trend, but for meaning, stone paint, white fusion marble, travertine, and coastal-toned veneer forming a palette that feels lived-in, timeless, and deliberate. Rooted in our design philosophy, Case Gemelle speaks to the legacy of considered spaces, homes that age with grace and carry feeling, long after first impressions fade.
