Within the storied Burlington Terrace, this two-storey East Melbourne terrace has been respectfully restored to honour its architectural and cultural significance. Designed as part of the 1860s terrace by noted architect Charles Webb, the home embodies a classically derived elegance – where proportion, restraint and craftsmanship define the interior experience.

Our approach was one of careful heritage restoration: reinstating a sense of calm formality, layered with refined materiality and timeless detailing. The result is a classic, considered interior – quietly elegant, historically grounded, and fitting of a residence that holds an important place within Melbourne’s architectural and social history.
